Orahovac is near the medieval town of Kotor, and both are beautifully situated on the Boka Kotorska, Europe’s largest inland fjord, which runs from the Adriatic Sea to Kotor itself.
The apartments are available all year round. Enjoy the hot dry summers, or take advantage of the beautiful springs and mild autumns.

We have two apartments:
- apartment CES, on the second floor, sleeps 6:

- double sofa bed in living room
- apartment MMM, on the first floor, sleeps 6:
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed and a Z bed
- double sofa bed in living room
Both apartments provide:
- bed linen, duvets and pillows
- washing machine
- fridge and freezer
- air conditioning/heating
- two balconies at the front with tables and chairs
- parking outside villa
- non-smoking
Children are very welcome. However, it is not possible to take pets, and we ask that visitors do not smoke in our apartments.

About the Apartments
The apartments are modern, well-designed, spacious and airy. The double bedroom has its own balcony (great for private sunbathing) and plenty of storage space. The bed is enormous!
The second bedroom sleeps two, and there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
A light and airy living room, with fully fitted kitchen, table and chairs, and storage cupboard, leads out onto the main balcony - a great place to eat, or just to sit and soak up the sun and admire the views of the Bay of Kotor, possibly the most beautiful bay in the Mediterranean.
"We have just returned from a most enjoyable holiday in your apartment in Orahovac. We particularly liked swimming in the sea, hanging about in the beach bars, exploring Kotor, and climbing the hill paths around Orahovac. We found the military remains in Crkvice above Risan most interesting. The kids went on a banana boat several times and we all visited the Lady of the Rock at Perast. Montenegro is a fascinating and beautiful county with huge appeal and potential. "
