Orahovac and Dobrota are near the medieval town of Kotor, and both are beautifully situated on the Boka Kotorska (Bay of Kotor), Europe’s largest inland fjord, which runs from the Adriatic Sea to Kotor itself.

About the Villages and Apartments
Orahovac: A peaceful village of stone houses on the waterfront, and modern villas. There are several small shops, open all hours, and bars and restaurants. The beach is perfect for families, and the water is clean and warm.
Our apartments are modern, well-designed, spacious and airy – with amazing views over the water and/or across to the mountains. The double bedrooms have their own balconies (great for private sunbathing) and plenty of storage space. The main balconies are great for eating or just admiring the views.
Dobrota: A charming waterfront village of stone houses with plenty of bars and restaurants, very conveniently situated next to Kotor.
Our apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet residential area above the village, with views up and down the Boka Kotorska. It is very spacious, with superbly equipped kitchen, large living room, and three bedrooms (one ensuite), plus a family bathroom.
Outside there is a terrace with rose and walnut trees, and plenty of space to eat out .
"We have just returned from a most enjoyable holiday in your apartment in Orahovac. We particularly liked swimming in the sea, hanging about in the beach bars, exploring Kotor, and climbing the hill paths around Orahovac. We found the military remains in Crkvice above Risan most interesting. The kids went on a banana boat several times and we all visited the Lady of the Rock at Perast. Montenegro is a fascinating and beautiful county with huge appeal and potential. "
